Starbucks Stop...

We were able to take Jacoby on a wheelchair ride in the hospital by ourselves for the first time today!  Destination Starbucks!  While it was a great trip, it was a bit emotional as well.  We all shed a few tears.  The days are packed with rehab appointments and meetings and we are all wiped out by the end of the day... especially Jacoby.  She had her first real shower since the accident today.  It was quite the process!  Continued thanks for all the support and encouragement by our local community and literally many throughout the US and the world.

     Go Team Jacoby!

Please no visitors until Saturday afternoon and Sunday.  We have learned that therapy during the week takes up the whole day and is pretty exhausting! Thank you for understanding.

Life is a challenge and it's strange: an unexpected event and all is different.
Your strength is amazing and everyone will be beside you..even though there is distance, there's nothing that can divide souls.

    Hugs to you <3

  7. Sleep well tonight jacoby and wake up refreshed and excited about the day. This was our prayer for you tonight. Sometimes Gods whispers seem impossible to hear, but know that faith is believing that each whisper will reveal itself in His timing! Trust that he never leaves the children he creates! He is right next to you and hears every thought, even when they are filled with anger, despair, and doubt. Give it All to him, because he promises to
