Thanksgiving at Harborview...

With all of our family in town we chose to have our Thanksgiving dinner in the hospital cafeteria.  We set up the entire fort, being one of 12 children, you can imagine what an exciting party it was.  It was so funny, a lot of people thought it was something the hospital laid out and went through the line.  It was awesome!  Plenty to go around.

Jacoby is doing ok.  Still having flu symptoms but no fever.  Doctors are trying to tranfer her to Children's Hospital tomorrow.  She's eating better and got some breathing readings up to 75% of her target.  That is a 50% increase from where she started.  She had fewer meds today and was much more alert.  Actually starting a conversation about a song her school choir was learning that came on the radio.  She's much more vocal and is asking for things, mixed with times of silent relfection.  Gretchen has been amazing at motivating her with encouraging words and stories.
